Col. Halvorsen's Foundation and The German Embassy in Washington D.C. have partnered to continue Col. Halvorsen's legacy through Operation Vittles Two. Operation Vittles Two is aimed at providing HOPE and supplies to Ukrainian refugees in Germany, Poland, and Moldova.

The operation will be done in different phases based on ongoing needs of the refugees.
